I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, where I received my B.A. in English from Regis University and my M.A. in English from the University of Colorado Boulder. I am passionate about helping students find interesting ways to engage with English education, and I am particularly interested in incorporating principles of digital accessibility and Universal Design in Learning into my pedagogy. When I am not busy teaching or reading, I enjoy baking, hiking, and complimenting peoples' dogs.
