Deon Robinson is a third-year MFA candidate in poetry at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Susquehanna University. His work appears in ArLiJo, Glass: A Journal of Poetry, Homology Lit, The Adroit Journal, The Chicago Reader's Poetry Corner, and Vagabond City Lit, among others. He is a two-time Best of the Net nominee. He has been been awarded fellowships from both Brooklyn Poets and DreamYard Rad(ical) Poetry Consortium.
